Shopping On-Line

• Once you have selected the products you require, you will be able to enter the quantity and also in some cases select options then "Add to Basket". Weights shown are package weights.

• Click on these buttons to add your choice to your "Basket"

• When you have added your choice you will be asked to confirm your selection, and taken to your Basket for confirmation of the product

• If you wish to continue to shop click the continue shopping button

• Or if you wish to finalise your order you can click the "Checkout" button when a summary of your purchases will be displayed including shipping costs.

• You will then be required to accept our "Terms & Conditions" which will be displayed and a copy of your order and these terms will be emailed to you once your payment is accepted for process.

• You will be taken via our secure servers via globecharge to input your personal details and delivery address.

• Input your details

• Choose you method of payment to finalise your order and you will be transfered to Worldpay to enter your credit card details. For your Security, No Personal Credit Card Details are ever sent to us as these are processed and authorised by Paypal through their secure servers.

• If You want to view your shopping basket without adding a product you can use the view basket button at any time.

Email Telephone or Postal Mail Orders

Please shop as above and when your order is complete please continue to the checkout and secure server then select to print your order and send a copy to us. Do not enter details on the Paypal server Just Click Cancel

A copy of your order will have been sent to us.

Please ensure that you include the following on your order:

• Your Name

• Your address

• Your telephone number

• Your email address

• Product description

• Colour Options of product (if applicable)

• Quantity required

• Credit Card Type (Do not enter Credit Card Details, You will be contacted by telephone to confirm your credit card details before orders are processed for security and to prevent fraudulent use of the card)

• Or enclose a cheque payable to Rachel Savine Cosmetics*
  
  Notes: 
  *   if you are paying by cheque ensure that you have given your card details on the back of your cheque.  Orders will be held until payment clears for all cheque payments.

Overseas Orders

 We do not currently supply to overseas addresses.

Payment Types Accepted

• Credit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB and Solo or others that may be agreed with Paypal from time to time. (Via Globecharge and Paypal secure servers)

• UK Cheque - Made payable to Rachel Savine Cosmetics (With valid cheque guarantee number) All orders paid by cheque will be held until the cheque clears.  Please allow an additional 8 working days before despatch of your order.

• UK Postal Order

• UK Cash - (Please ensure you take appropriate precautions i.e. send by registered post)

• Building Society Cheques

Postage & Delivery

Once your order is received, We will send you a confirmation invoice via email, if you don't receive this email within 12 hours please contact us and we will confirm your transaction.

We use Royal Mail for all of our postal services and we are subject to their terms and conditions and prices which may vary from time to time. 
Delivery times are given in good faith but we are unable to guarantee delivery times for any reasons beyond our control and within our contract with the purchaser time shall not be of the essence.

Deliveries are sent by 1st/2ndClass Recorded delivery or Optional DHL at our discretion.  You should receive your order within 2-4 days (1st class), 4-10 days (2nd class) on receipt of payment*

Notes: 
*   if you are paying by cheque ensure that you have given your card details on the back of your cheque.  Orders will be held until payment clears for  all cheque payments.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart and are based on size and weight, of the goods ordered plus a packaging fee.
